PROGRAM DESCRIPTION:
|

A Juris Doctor (JD) degree is awarded to students who complete the three-year program with an earned bachelor or higher degree.
|
|
|
|
REQUIREMENTS:
|
- Completion of three years of law school study or a minimum of 108 quarter credits.
- A minimum average of 70% ("Satisfactory") in all correspondence course work.
- Demonstration of honesty and ethnical conduct.
- Payment of all tuition, fees, assessments or other financial obligations to CULA.

PREREQUISITES:
|
|
Minimum of 54 semester or 81 quarter credits, though a bachelor degree is desired. This is a non-bar program (not registered with any B.A.R. Committee), and is therefore not advisable for those who wish to become practicing attorneys-at-law.
