An academic law degree, focused much like a Ph.D. in research, methodology and originality.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Three years cumulative postgraduate study, a law school degree, licensure and/or professional qualifications in law and legal aspects.

- Course Description: Consideration of employment discrimination based upon race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, handicap and sexual orientation. Course will focus on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and include coverage of Art 1981, ARt 1983, the Equal Pay and Age Discrimination Acts. State fair employment laws will also be discussed.

- Course Description: The first part concentrates upon remedies of unpaid creditors under state law and the protection of debtors through limitations on creditors such as exemption laws. The second part involves a study of Bankruptcy Code with emphasis upon ordinary bankruptcy.
